If you like active holidays, this region is for you !!! You can follow many paths, near the villages. Along the coast, GR 21 comes from Lille, to join Le Havre, and crosses the Pays de Caux. The part between Dieppe and Quiberville is very pleasant.
Along the coast, you will go up and down... Reserved for sportmen !!! But if you go along the rivers, the roads are more flat. You can hire bicycles in Dieppe.
Beaches at Quiberville, Saint Valéry en Caux, or Dieppe. And of course in all the other villages along the coast, if you enjoy swimming in the sea. If you prefer swimming-pool, you can go to Dieppe. Several addresses, notably a thalassotherapy center, on the beach. 
Other pleasant place, Ludibulle at Saint Martin en Campagne, near Dieppe.
The region has 5 excellent courses including the famous cliff top course at Etretat. The other coastal course is at Dieppe, then inland there are courses at Saint Saens, Rouen and Jumieges. Etretat golf course is situated on the famous chalky cliffs of the Alabaster coast. This exceptional cliff top setting attracts golfers from all over the world. Designed in 1908, Etretat is a links course that can be dedicated to Eole the god of wind. It is a very demanding course and the 10th hole is an exceptional par 5 requiring an excellent drive to bridge the cliff tops. Bowling, Tennis, Squash, Karting : in Dieppe.
